FREE LAMP RECYCLE PROGRAM
Growlite by Barron Lighting Group understands the needs of your grow site as well as the
need to keep harmful substances like mercury, phosphors and rare earth elements from
contaminating the country’s landfills and waterways. With those needs in mind, we are
pleased to introduce the Growlite Recycling Program.
The Growlite Recycling Program is easy, and convenient in just four (4) easy steps.
1. Include the part number GLL-RECYCLE as a line item on your return order.
2. When you re-lamp your fixtures with the new Growlite lamps, use that existing
packaging for the old, spent lamps. Please keep the lamps intact and unbroken, it
makes the shipping and return much safer!
3. Attach the included return shipping label and the fluorescent green recycle sticker to
the packaging that contains the old lamps that are being sent back for recycling.
4. Return the old lamps to Growlite, by either scheduling a pickup or taking the package
to a nearby shipping location.
DONE! It’s that easy.
Once the old lamps are received at Growlite and quantities are verified, a certificate of
recycling will be issued and sent to the end user. This certificate can be presented to
municipal inspectors as proof that your facility is properly disposing of spent lamps.
