But let’s go back to the beginning. Tom, a lifelong gardener
who has been a garden and landscape design professional
for 25 years, was there for Indira, a former executive working
in healthcare, when she found out first-hand how gardening
and growing your own produce is the ultimate preventative
care. “We decided to get into the indoor gardening industry
after Indira was asked a very simple question by one of her
colleagues: ‘Can I start a farm in my basement?’ The answer
was a definite yes!” recalls Tom. Indira adds, “We leveraged
