Taking some notes in the growroom allows
gardeners to determine what to plant again and
what to skip in the future, as Grubbycup explains.
Spring is just a couple of months away, and the cooler
winter months are a good time to assess what worked
(and what didn’t) in last season’s garden. One helpful
tool in assessing the success of a garden is to consult the
diligently recorded notes that were taken, if they were
taken. If they weren’t taken, consider taking some for
this next season. Why keep gardening notes? Because
some of the details, such as exact planting dates, are
difficult to remember accurately for several months.
Writing down such information at the time keeps a
written record that can be referenced in the future.
