Water
Part I
As gardeners, water is critical; we use
it to dilute our nutrients, to deliver our
foliar sprays, to fill up our reservoirs, to create
the turgidity to literally prop up our plants and the
list goes on. Many consider the cleanliness of water when
gardening, but when was the last time you pondered the molecular structure of your
water source? When was the last time you pondered whether your water was dead or
alive? Have you ever?
Water is so pervasive and fundamental to life as we know it that we take it for
granted, but it is quite literally the blood of the earth. For something so important
you would think there might be institutes established dedicated solely to its research,
but there are none. How can it be that we treat the most important thing to our very
