Cannabis labeled “ top shelf ” or “ mids ” tends to influence the reactions of the people who smoke it . Relabeling the smoke into something innocuous helps minimize the influence . If practical , even the person handing out the weed shouldn ’ t know what types are being sampled , as their behavior can have an influence as well .
