Lined with two full walls of windows, the K-Center is used for presentations, Upper School morning announcements, speaker events and small theater performances. The Dayal House, built in 2013, provides on-campus housing for 28 international students. The residence hall was purposefully designed to create a family-like atmosphere for residential students. From the spacious Commons to the well- equipped main kitchen, the Dayal House feels like a home. Set on 75+ acres, that include several large playing fields and a brook that runs through the campus, Maumee Valley is a home to native wildlife. Many of the spaces open out onto lovely woods and the school borders a large nature preserve. Students can often observe white tailed deer, groundhogs, and birds in their natural habitats. Maumee Valley students and teachers take advantage of the outdoor spaces and use the campus for a wide variety of purposes.
