Fatigue, a feeling that means when a person is tired, exhausted or lacks of energy. This happens in the muscles after a person does exercise but it can also happen when they didnĀ“t sleep well, worried or overwork. When the cause is exercise the result of this is that fast movements become difficult or impossible, and athletic performance is poor. The person with muscle fatigue cannot do things as easily as before, and things start being more harder than before too. When the cause of this is identified, they start to do less physical activity for a specific amount of time. During exercise, muscle fatigue happens with time. They start to use their energy until they have very little until they decide stop. With more physical activities the body gets used to it with time.
