Just So Simple
Use up bananas that are on the way out:
Slice or chop 3 bananas and freeze. Mix Matcha-Me! with
a little coconut milk, about a tablespoon. Now toast a
handful of walnuts (dark chocolate chips work great too,
don't toast those though!). Now put the frozen banana
into a food processor. Blend till resembles soft serve ice-
cream. Go past the lumpy stage the magic will happen -
trust me. When it's ready chuck in the walnuts,
chocolate chips or whatever and enjoy. Takes about
4mins (ex freezing time). Can be put back into the
freezer for later use. Love it
