Hector's appointment quickly moved to a vocal profiling sound assessment specifically-designed software. Hector was asked to recite the alphabet. He did so, haltingly, missing two letters. This time he recited it with confidence, missing one letter, but stopped to correct himself before continuing. Hector and I were giddy with the results.
