USES

• The best way to use Oregano oil is to apply it along the spine and/or bottoms of the feet.

• This oil must be heavily diluted with a carrier oil.*

• Using doTerra’s CPTG essential oils, Oregano oil can also be taken internally. Take 1-2 drops in a veggie cap.

Oregano oil blends well with cypress, thyme, lemongrass, sandalwood, and melaleuca.

Oregano will have a hot and warming sensation to the skin and must be diluted with fractionated coconut oil or a carrier oil of your choice.

DIRECTIONS

Diffusion: Use one to three drops in the diffuser.

Internal Use: Dilute one drop in four ounces fluid ounces of liquid.

Topical Use: Apply one drop to every ten drops of carrier oil. Must dilute with carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.

Cautions: HOT OIL, skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, face, and sensitive areas. Consult your health practitioner if pregnant or nursing.
