14. AVOID acidic substances that weaken the immune system, such as refined sugar and carbs, coffee, sodas, tobacco, alcohol, MSG, fluoridated water; and highly processed and heavily salted foods, such as luncheon meats, bacon, chips, pickles, and various condiments that disrupt the body’s Na/K ratio.

 

15.  Get to sleep before 11:00 PM and rest when tired.  The body detoxifies, repairs, rebuilds, and replenishes its hormones during sleep, meditation, and relaxation.  This also helps to rebuild the adrenal and other glandular functions. 

 

16. Destress with meditation, soothing music, a therapeutic massage, essential oils, and a Biomat.   Meditation provides many health benefits well documented in Masters of Health magazine.  Soothing music frequencies, especially waltz and harp music by Steve Rees, Ret. RN, Harpist relax, lift the spirits, reduce stress hormones, which in turn enhance the immune system.  Essential Oils are also very effective in relaxing and strengthening the immune system

Use essential oils instead of chemical sanitizers, which are safer and more effective.

 

17. Acupuncture is another very effective treatment that can help strengthen the immune system, relieve pain, and balance the autonomic nervous and endocrine systems without any of the side effects of drugs. 

 

18. 19. Cover your mouth when you sneeze or cough.  Don’t leave dirty tissues laying around.  AVOID touching things in public places.  And, teach this to your children.

 

20. AVOID pollution and do not smoke.  Breathing OUT and holding as long as possible oxygenates the body.  Practice the Butayko breathing method.
