To date I have 23 pieces that weaves a threadthrough the entire body of work that looks at global Government’s overreach, economic incentives (too big to fail), putting profits before people and the planet, and using Mother Earth and all its inhabitants as a resource to be productized.
This body of work is on The Westreich Foundation. I created an e-book with a discussion guide to aid people in being able to start intergenerational conversations through this art series. People look at art with their heart, and that creates the opportunity for this art to touch, move and inspire people to take action.
Our mind or analytical self, intakes data in on a very linear level which sometimes keeps conversations from being able to happen organically, especially when the conversations may be polarizing. Art, whether visual art, drama, poetry or music goes right to our heart space. I also have an artist website,
My photographic montage expresses just how I know with certainty that I am a part of Mother Nature with all her bounty.
When I am photographing and hiking in nature, I experience the wonder and awe as if it were the very first time.
