As President and General Counsel at Children’s Health Defense, Mary Holland is the legal lion heart of health freedom. “Once I learned about the extreme liability protection that industry and healthcare providers enjoy, and the suppression of accurate science and information about vaccine risks and injury, I understood the need for immediate, radical system change. I have been devoted to that change ever since then,” she says.
To that end, she has worked tirelessly to push back against the broken systems that fail our children. While her education from Harvard and Columbia Universities left her unprepared to confront vaccine injury, Holland put both maternal instinct and research skills to use (she’s a former faculty member at NYU School of Law) and co-authored the books “Vaccine Epidemic” and “HPV Vaccine on Trial: Seeking Justice for a Generation Betrayed.”
When she wasn’t dealing intensely with her own son’s injury, she was focused on publishing legal articles on vaccine law and policy that highlighted issues of constitutionality, herd immunity, liability for injury, and the links between vaccines and autism, and testifying to retain or expand vaccination exemptions in multiple states.
