FOR PREVENTION & IMMUNE BOOST

To help protect against viruses and sickness using essential oils twice a day, as part of your morning and evening routine, works best to help your body’s natural immune system do it’s job.

Below are the top 6 “go to” essential oils for immune support. They can help stop the replication of viruses in the body and help your body’s natural immune system fight off these seasonal and viral threats.* It is not necessary to use all 6 together. One or any one of a combination based on preference works well.

Clove **

Frankincense

Melaleuca

Melissa**

Oregano**

Thyme**

** Hot oils

The best ways to use these oils for this reason are topically and/or internally:

• Rub on the bottoms of the feet and along the spine

• Take a few drops in a veggie capsule or add to a meal, soup, or salad

Clove (Engenia caryophyllata)

This essential oil contains powerful antioxidant properties and supports cardiovascular health when taken internally.* Clove adds a spicy flavor to any dish, soup, or dessert while providing internal health benefits.*

Clove has been used for many years in dental preparations as it helps clean teeth and gums and provides a warm, soothing aroma. One drop in a few ounces of water makes a good mouth gargle. Also, take 2-3 drops in a veggie cap or dilute and apply to the bottoms of the feet.

Cautions: Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, face, and sensitive areas. Consult your health practitioner if pregnant or nursing.

Frankincense (Boswellia carterii, sacra, papyrifera, and frereana)

This ancient oil is often called the “KING of oils” and is my favorite essential oil for good reasons.

In addition to its many benefits it also provides a soothing aromatic experience. Frankincense is known to support healthy cellular, immune, nervous, and digestive functions when used internally*. When combined with essential oils like Bergamot or Lavender and inhaled or diffused, it creates an experience of peace and satisfaction. Perhaps, this is why it has been used in religious ceremonies.
