First you have to dip the chocolate cookies in milk. Then lay them out on the tray. Then mix cream cheese with the caramel. Then make 3 or 4 layers of chocolate cookies and the caramel with cream cheese. After that in the sides put more chocolate cookies. In the middle put vanilla cookies over those 3 or 4 layers. Decorate as you wish.
