First,mix the cream cheese with the caramel.Then deep the chocolate cookies in milk,then put in a tray.You have to spread the caramel on top of the cookies. Make a lot of layers. Then, put some caramel on the top of the cake and decorate with: rocklets, mashmellows, coconut,sprinkles and meringues.
