Target wise, is the target of Brasserie C the same now as it was in the beginning?

"Yes, it is the same target but as the company grows, the target grows with it. We started on a local market, moved to national and now, with the right partners, we’re just starting to work on an international level."

What was the beer that got the most success?- is it still the same?

"Curtius, the first one. It still is because the whole concept was built arround its image and success of Curtius. But the idea is to move froward and make all our beers as successful as Curtius "

To what do you attribute the success of Brasserie C?

"First we aimed for a local market and worked with local products. It is important to focus on the community around us because they will support us and help us to get bigger. They are our best partners."
