Concept. Brand. Process.

"Concept was created with two friends who were looking for a unique spot to brew beer. As we were hiking in the High Fens (Hautes Fagnes), we believed to have found the best place. The water of this area is unique, with good acidity and low mineral content. On top of that, the High fens is a protected environment with beautiful nature surrounding it."

"We had to find a brand that fitted nature and the area of the brewery – as the place was very close to the top of Belgium, the name Peak came naturally. Peak is also the quality we want to reach with our beers."

"The logo represents a tree from the area, a peak and also the wooden paths to go hiking in the area."

" The biggest difficulty was to develop and define the beers without having the final brewing space and equipment. Another one was to make a fruit beer without added sugar or flavor. We are only using the natural blueberry juice for the fruit beer, and it is not easy to find a good one. Once we found it, we had a great beer! Fruity but not sweet …"

" Our strategy is to offer a unique proposition, a beer brewed with perfect water and in a unique environment, close to nature. Not proposing something new but something different in the concept and taste"
