Graduated as a sommelier in 1990., two years later she won the title of Best Sommelier of Luxembourg and got qualified for the international French sommelier championship (Sopexa).
In 2015 she became the Personality of The Year, by Gault&Millau Belux.
Dominique has this particular talent of democratizing the wines that she tastes.
Today, she participates as a jury, lectures and manages a gourmet restaurant.
She is becoming Apperitivo ambassador, adapting her capacities as wine sommelier to beer.
