"There is no secret, maybe a bit of luck to be at the right place, at the right time, with the right beer. But most of it is hard work. We spent a lot of time and energy to make it work, and we are rewarded now. Also, the beer we produce is constantly being tested. We have now a laboratory and one chemist dedicated to making sure that the quality is always at the top. This could be a piece of advice: always question yourself, we never take it for granted, we keep working to do always better, at every point of the production."
