" The name Hibernatus refers to the verb Hibernation, which is the period that an animal spent during winter in a dormant state. The Beer was at first brewed only for the winter period, but we recently decided to propose it all the year long, because we realized that people are not waiting winter to drink it, even if the style and the name would refer to the cold season.
For French-speaking population, Hibernatus remind also the name of a 60’s french movie, with the famous actor Louis de Funès."
