Spring in a beer
"Lupulus Hopera is the first beer we sold in 33cl bottles. At first, we proposed a light version of Lupulus, a bit more hoppy, but lower in alcohol. That’s a product we sold three years ago in spring 2015 as a one shot. People kept asking for the product after spring, and even after summer. We thought about the name “Hopera” mix of “Hops” and “Opera,” to symbolize a “symphony of hops.” Since then, the receipt evolved until what we know now: a hoppy pale ale, with dry hopping."
