"The Lupulus Blanche is older then Lupulus. This beer was called “Fourquette” from the former name of the microbrewery “Les Trois Fourquets.” The production was insufficient. But when we changed our brewing installation, if we wanted to keep the “Fourquette” in our range, the volumes must be bigger, that’s why we included the “Fourquette” in the range Lupulus as “Lupulus Blanche,” and honestly, people seem to love it!"
