Travel Schools over 25 km from Ottawa centre will be charged an additional 40¢/km for artist's transportation costs. In some cases, a second performance or workshop must be booked in a nearby venue when artists travel to rural areas. Cancellations In the event of cancellation, every effort will be made to rebook the activity. In some cases, cancellation may result in financial penalties.
