Travelers driving from Manila to Bataan can take the North Luzon Expressway
(NLEX) and exit to San Fernando. From there, drive along the Jose Abad Santos
Avenue (formerly known as Olongapo-Gapan Road), pass through Lubao,
Pampanga, and head straight to Dinalupihan, Bataan. Proceed to the road
leading to Roman Super Highway and follow the road signs leading to the
Balanga city proper. From there, travelers can already drive to Bataan’s
municipalities.
