Leonard Waites has over 30 years as a Manufacturing Manager at Intel and General Electric. He is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He is a native of Albuquerque and is a graduate of Manzano high school. A member of the RRNAACP. He served on the Police Oversight Task Force in 2014- 2017. Now serving as Chairman of the Police Oversight Board. A member of Gods House Church. Married 35 yrs. to Denise. Has 3 Children and 4 grand kids.
