free downloads and is free to
use. You will also need your own log
in details for this. This site is full of
fiction and non-fiction books to
enjoy.

many languages. This also comes as
an app but you will need your library
barcode and PIN to access it. All
students should have one and these
can be re-issued to them from home

Audible have also released a 100s
of childrens’ audiobooks available
for free while schools are closed. This
includes a number of stories read by
actors such as Alice In Wonderland
read by Scarlett Johansson and
Jane Eyre read by Thandie Newton

Vorderman
While schools are closed Carol
Vorderman has given access to
themathsfactor.com
free
of
charge. It usually around £2 a week
and is now free for students aged 4
– 11until schools reopen. A fun way
to practice each day and take part
in maths challenges.
