Written by , Miss Dorrian We would just like to say a huge well done to our National 5 Practical Cookery candidates who sat their final practical exam last week . Their task was to plan and produce a three-course meal for four people in 2.5 hours . Pupils planned their service details , garnishes , and equipment as well as creating a time plan to work to in the exam . On the menu was pea and ham soup served with croutons , vegetable curry with rice , and a baked chocolate and orange cheesecake . We are very proud of all of their hard work and dedication .
