Growing a fruiting fig tree is an incredibly rewarding experience . Because they are tough , adaptable and require very little maintenance , they are absolutely worth any effort it will take to grow them !
Delicious appetiser or snack
This snack tastes incredible and looks impressive too ! On each plate , place a quarter fig with some pulled-apart strips of buffalo mozzarella on . Then drape a slice of Parma ham over , top with a mint leaf and drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil over . You can also wrap everything up in the Parma ham and stab together with a skewer stick or toothpick as a refreshing single bite .
