Prepare the yoga ball: Inflate the yoga ball to the desired size and secure it in a bucket or stand to prevent rolling. Lightly coat the surface with cooking spray or petroleum jelly – this will make it easier to remove once the cement has cured. Mix the cement: In a large container, mix PPC Cement, fine aggregate, and water. Follow the PPC Cement packaging for the correct ratio. The mixture should be thick yet pourable, similar to pancake batter. Apply the cement: Using your hands( with gloves) or a trowel, spread a thick, even layer of cement mixture over the yoga ball. Aim for a minimum thickness of 3 – 5 cm to give the sphere strength. Work in sections until the entire surface is covered. Let it cure: Leave the cement-coated ball to dry in a cool, dry spot for 24 – 48 hours. For larger spheres, allow extra curing time to ensure the cement hardens properly.
