A uniform , consistent , high quality horticultural growing medium , which ensures good germination of seed , and vigorous root , plant and flower development . Starke Ayres Palm Peat is manufactured entirely from coconut fibre , a renewable resource and compares most favourably with the best imported and locally produced growing medium . Use Palm Peat to germinate your seeds in a seedling tray . It can also be used in the ground on top of , or mixed in with the soil when you transplant the seedling .
Use Kelpak and Hydrocache when transplanting your seedlings . Kelpak is great for transplanting stress . Dip the root of the seedling into the diluted Kelpak mixture . Thereafter , mix 5g of Hydrocache to 1 litre of water . Once the gel has formed , add a teaspoon of the gel mixture to the hole in the soil before adding your seedling . Continue to apply Kelpak as a diluted mixture over your plants every two weeks .
