Mix the concrete: Mix PPC Cement, sand, stone and water to a thick, pourable consistency( no dry patches). Let the concrete cure: Leave the concrete to cure for at least 20 hours in a cool, dry place. This ensures the legs are fully set and strong before mould removal. Remove the LEGO mould: Carefully remove the upper layers of LEGO first, then flip the block to remove the lower bricks. Start from the bottom, this is easier and reduces the risk of bending or scratching the bricks. Longnose pliers can help with stubborn bricks, but be gentle. Clean the LEGO bricks: Most concrete flakes off naturally. Use a toothbrush to remove small bits. To fully clean, wash the bricks in cold water with mild soap. You can place them in a mesh bag and wash on a gentle cold cycle. Never use hot water, as it will warp the bricks.
