It started on a Wednesday— the kind where your coffee’ s cold before the first sip and the Wi-Fi quits just as you hit“ send.”

The Tulip team was deep in debate over a new campaign image. Jessica’ s direction was bold, dramatic— eye-catching in all the right ways. Tania loved the color story. Abbey was sure it would crush on social.
Then Kelly, thoughtful as always, asked:“ But will our clients actually like it?”
Silence. All eyes turned to Robyn. She studied the board, then said what no one wanted to admit:
