Sep-Nov 2017. Andy does nine presentations wearing
his trademark blazer to audiences across the U.S. Carle
Publishing is growing faster than it ever has.
Sep 2016. Carle Publishing launches three new
programs; the Industry, Home Improvement
and the Health & Wellness magazine programs.
New Client-Partners are signed quickly thereafter.
Oct 2017. Morgan joins the Carle team to lead the
company’s new Digital Marketing Solutions initiative to
launch January 2018.
Sep 2016. Responding to Client-Partner requests,
the company also launches variations on the
magazine programs including frequencies, page
counts and fully customized options.
Fall 2017. The production team embraces many new
efficiency platforms. The result is a more efficient
production process and better communication with
Client-Partners.
Nov 2016. The company has grown to 32 Client-
Partners.
Nov 2017. The company has grown again with now 42
Client-Partners, with plans to double that number in 2018!
Feb & Mar 2017. Erika makes a move to production
and takes over as Editor and Project Manager. The team
also grows by three more sales people; Kelly, Andrew &
Hussam.
Jan 2016. Carle Publishing launches its first digital
marketing program; eZine a monthly newsletter program,
and signs its first two Client-Partners onto the new
platform.
May 2017. Carle Publishing expands its product offering
to include the Wealth Management Magazine.
Mar 2016. Matt joins the sales team.
May 2016. While exhibiting at the Scale Up Summit in
Atlanta, GA, Keith and Andy are approached by business
leaders in other industries, inquiring about creating
magazines for their businesses & industries.

Sep 2017. “The Tulip Blazer” is born! The company
rebrands all its marketing material to the Become the
Yellow Tulip in the Sea of Red theme, which includes a
custom-made blazer sporting the same tulip image. The
blazer is a huge hit and quickly becomes a trademark
image for Andy and the company.

The Next 3 Months
Over the next quarter, the Carle Publishing
team has five key initiatives;
1. EASY & EFFECTIVE Initiative. Rolling out a
Content Strategist initiative to make the magazine programs easier
and more effective (with noticeable results) for Client-Partners.
2. Pick & Publish Created Content Library. Expanding on our
EASY initiative, making it possible to publish a magazine in under two hours!
3.
Digital Marketing Solutions. Launch the multi-pronged digital
marketing program, including the Read It, Watch It, Listen to It platform strategy.
4. Book Launch. Andy released his latest book How to Win Clients & Influence
People in January and has already become an International Bestseller on Amazon.
5. Marketing 2.0 Initiative. Including launching a podcast,
more social media advertising and this magazine!
