We’ve been displaying digital copies at Issuu.com for quite awhile now, using a free account. That means that when anyone views our newsletter, they’re inundated with ads and suggestions for other magazines. Issuu.com now has plans to which we can upgrade that would make us more visible and eliminate those distractions, but they cost money. They also offer print-on-demand issues for those who would like paper copies of the Newsletter. We’ve discussed these offers and decided we’d like to avail ourselves and our readers of them, but in order to do that, we need income. So…as of July, the Marketing for Romance Writers Newsletter will start to accept advertising. I feel we could offer people more for their advertising dollars, so we’ve also decided to expand the format of the newsletter as well. Over the next three months, we’ll go into more detail about what we’ll need from you as we expand. I think it’s going to be exciting! Rochelle 7
