―Barnet has a daughter?‖ Perry wasn‘t proud that those were
the first words he uttered to the most beautiful woman he‘d ever
laid eyes on. And she was a Brit. God, he loved her accent.
Mandy‘s electrifying blue eyes brightened. ―I know! Shocking,
huh?‖
Would it be bad manners to plant a kiss on those luscious
lips of hers? He sure loved the words coming out of her mouth.
But getting involved with her would be the worst of all bad ideas.
Not because she was Barnet‘s daughter—although that was
pretty bad, and weird—but because she was a vampire. His eyes
might be happy with the scenery, but the rest of him rejected her.
