THE SOCIETAL MARKETING CONCEPT: The societal marketing concept encompasses the idea of well being of customers and society. It is a marketing concept in which a firm holds a belief of returning back to the customers, satisfaction of needs, wants, target market interest and delivery of needed satisfaction to the society. All fours concepts of marketing are practiced by organizations. By practicing these concepts, organizations are achieving their goals effectively and efficiently.
