SUMMARY CONTINUED… TAKEAWAY SNYDERVILLE BASIN Throughout Snyderville Basin, single family home sales continue to be stable with only a moderate increase in average and median prices. Sun Peak and Bear Hollow experienced a 27% increase in median sales price albeit a minor decrease in total home sales in that area. Pinebrook and Summit Park continue with strong activity and Pinebrook saw a 24% increase in median sales price. Promontory home sales were up 17% with median prices 7% lower as we saw more of the cabin products selling in Q3. Townhomes in Canyons Village increased by 60% in the past 12 months due to attractive resales opportunities and increases in new construction. Lot sales have decreased by 34% throughout the basin. Glenwild land sales are down 39% (scarcity). Promontory Land Sales are also down 32% (56 lots sold in Q3 2019 versus 83 in Q3 2018) with median prices for lots in Promontory up 17%.
