Saint Croix, located in the Caribbean is part of the US Virgin Islands, an unincorporated
US Territory. Although many languages are heard on the island, the official language is
English and the US Dollar is used in commerce.
As of the 2010, the United States Census placed St. Croix’s permanent population at
50,601 with a part time winter population around 25,000 people. Today estimates place
the permeate population around 65,000 people with a median household income of
$41,000.00. St Croix has limited retail offerings.
