The Project
Originally developed in 1993 as the Sunshine Mall, The Mall of St Croix is undergoing a
multi-million dollar redevelopment to provide a true mixed use town center to St Croix.
In addition to quality retail, the center will combine medical services, government and
private offices, meeting and conference space, and will be reminiscent of the town square
and public marketplace of the island’s past.
The center will remain covered from the rain and sun, but bathed in natural light and the
Caribbean breeze. New new skylights and open air entrances and patios will allow the
natural cooling and lighting of the common areas.
