panel of 88 internationally reputed beer experts.
The Brussels Beer Challenge is considered one of the most important and prestigious be er
competitions in the world. A panel of 88 noted international beer experts tasted the beers submitted
from around the world, including from the US, Brazil, Italy, China, Australia, and Jordan. The beers
were divided into eight categories and 60 different styles, based on origin, type and style. The best
beers in each category were recognised with a gold, silver and bronze award.
