ENERGY SUSTAINABILITY AND TYPOLOGICAL FLEXIBILITY
Studying the solar radiation on the assigned parcel led to arrange the volumes for gaining the maximum solar income during the winter. Other criterias inspiring the project are those of the maximum flexibility of technological and typological solutions, sustainability of materials and smart maintenance of the envelope’ s elements. That’ s why the whole arrangement of the building is based on a modular grid which ideally allows to exchange and adapt the different cells based on the user’ s needs.
