A system of external ramps easily connects the different levels, improving overland accessibility of the area towards Carzano town. Paths are developed in order to ensure continuity between indoor halls and outdoor spaces. The building is arranged on two main stages, and the roofs are accessible.
The buildings include 11 hotel rooms with a shared kitchen, a wellness center at the lower level( also open to the public) and a restaurant with a main hall and a roof terrace.
