PROJECT OVERVIEW
Monteisola is an island located in the middle of the Iseo Lake, northern Italy. In the past decades tourism had a significant development in the area, leading to the construction of several residences, hotels and second houses in the more charming places around the lake. A lot of these buildings are currently dismissed, sometimes abandoned. The aim of the proposal is to reconvert an existing facility in order to offer new entertainment opportunities for tourists. A wellness center open to the lake have been proposed for better enjoying the incredible calm reigning in this part of the northern coast of the Island, which remains secluded to the main infrastructure which connects the smalls centers of the island.
