RESTRUCTURING THE LANDSCAPE A STRATEGY FOR RECONNECTION AND RECOVERING
In this sense the proposal aims at the restructuration of the landscape, in order to primarily reconnect the towns along the coast, then following toward the inland, passing through the towns of Olzano and Novale, also included in the general masterplan of the proposal.
1. Starting from the current situation, which is considered as a disorder respect to the desired structure of the landscape
2. Existing terracing become the starting point for resetting the main directions for the new connections
3. The volumes which are intended to host the proposal are defined coherently with the previous directions, and the coverage slabs follows a progressive inclination, in order to reduce unwanted shading
4. Following this same criteria the morphology of the area is rewrited, and outdoor spaces intend to become the natural development of the functions and volumes defined for the interior spaces, enhancing the creation of accessible spaces for the public.
