LEY LEPINA LEPINA is the abbreviation for the Protection of Children and Adolescents. Which is applicable to any person from conception until 18 years. (Art 5) People who do not have children think that they do not know or that they are not obligated to comply with and enforce this law, but in the Art. 7 provides that this Law is applicable to fathers, mothers, representatives, government officials, public institutions, private organizations and society in general. This law sets out rights and duties to children with their family, school or college and especially with their friends, classmates and relatives, (arts. 5 - 7). Reflection Is demanding to know the different laws and rules of education, espeacially teaching childrens.
