Rarely open to the public, the Golden Gate Yacht Club invites you
to join us for a special treat:
Acclaimed vocalist Deborah Winters and the Peter Welker All-Star Band

Joining Deborah – Randy Vincent, a Bay Area legendary guitarist who has performed with Dizzy
Gillespie, Bobby Hutcherson, and Joe Henderson. Chris Amberger on bass whose credits include
touring and recording with Art Blakey, Eddy Harris, Art Pepper, Rosemary Clooney, and George
Shearing. Akira Tana’s performing and recording associations include Lena Horne, Branford Marsalis,
Arturo Sandoval, Charles Aznavour, Sonny Rollings and the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Steve
Steinberg on tenor sax has performed with Natalie Cole, Mel Torme, The Temptations, Frank Sinatra
Jr, and Aretha Franklin. And finally, Peter Welker – producer, arranger, bandleader touring with
legends Buddy Miles, Santana, Al Jarreau, Dr. John, Joe Henderson and Pete Escovido.
The final star is the venue! The Golden Gate Yacht Club achieved world wide fame with the
partnership between Larry Ellison and the Club to win the America’s Cup in 2010. A beautiful and
friendly venue…
Come have a cocktail or two, at our no-host bar and marvel at the sunset over the Bay while basking
in the glow of some of the best jazz performers around.
