Preserve How to preserve the top tier of your wedding cake by Karine Robidas For centuries, wedding cakes have played a big part in bridal tradition. Often considered a sign of fertility and prosperity, many choose to keep the top tier to enjoy on their first anniversary or serve during the christening of their first child. To make sure your cake stays preserved, here are some simple tips to follow. 1.
