INVITATION TO PRAYER

Blessed are you , Lord God of all creation , for through your goodness we have received the bread we offer you : fruit of the earth and work of human hands , it will become for us the bread of life .
All : Blessed be God forever . Cel :
Blessed are you , Lord God of all creation , for though your goodness we have received the wine we offer you : fruit of the vine and work of human hands , it will become our spiritual drink .
All : Blessed be God forever . Cel :
Pray , Brethren that my sacrifice and yours may be acceptable to God , the almighty Father .
All :
May the Lord accept this sacrifice at your hands for the praise and glory of his name , for our good , and the good of all his Church .

PRAYER OVER THE GIFTS
Cel : Lord , receive the gifts we offer for the Salvation of Maree . May Christ be merciful in judging our sister Maree for she believed in Christ as her Lord and Saviour . We ask this through Christ our Lord .
