LETTER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER
Happy March Eaglebrooke ,
February was a super busy project month around the facility . 107 Cart Path Pads were replaced , the ceremony area has some new furniture and landscape curbing , & the facility roofs have been replaced . Our team appreciates everyone ’ s patience with everything that has been going on . We are looking forward to things getting back to normal around the Club .
March is on track to be another busy month for us . The golf course has been very busy and our “ golf season ” has been strong thus far in the year . We anticipate a busy golf course through Easter ( April 17th ). As a friendly reminder , please utilize the “ member tee time booking window ” and make your tee times are far out as possible .
We are excited to begin our weekly Trivia Game . The game will begin at 7:00pm each and every Friday night ( unless otherwise noted ). As many of you know , Trivia has been popular in the past . Please make sure to RSVP by emailing reservations @ eaglebrooke . com .
The Men ’ s Member-Guest Tournament invitations were mailed out to all eligible members ( Male Platinum and Gold Members ) last week . We will begin accepting the entry forms on Tuesday , March 15th beginning at 8:00am . If you failed to receive this information in the mail , please pop in the pro shop and pick one up .
The Summer Season is right around the corner and we are beginning to roll out our Summer Programming . This year , we will once again offer a Seasonal Summer Membership . This membership has been instrumental in the financial and membership growth over the last 4 years at our facility . As it currently stands , 27 % of our 333 active “ annual ” members began as a Summer Member at Eaglebrooke . Congratulations to Paul & Cher Salvator ! They were the $ 1,000 February 16th Pot of Gold Winners . As a friendly reminder , all annual members are eligible to win the Pot of Gold Drawing at 6:00pm ( must be in the building during the drawing ).
Thank you to everyone that completed the membership survey that was a part of our weekly email communication in late January through Mid-February . This information is helpful to our team to continually make operational changes that benefit the membership as a whole .
